Aidipsos, is a captivating town on the north part of Evia Island Greece, renowned for its healing baths and stunning holiday resorts. Our building site spans 9,500 m², positioned off the main road and elevated for breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The design features a continuous concrete canopy that gracefully stretches along the land, with expansive surfaces that invite the beauty of the scenery into every room. The master bedroom and two additional bedrooms are thoughtfully situated on the eastern side, offering a serene retreat amidst the dramatic landscape.
The lower level features a beautiful pool and activity, sheltered by a projecting concrete canopy that provides optimal protection from the intense summer sun. Accessible from the basement, guests can easily reach the main level, where public spaces and three independent guest suites await. The complex also boasts open tennis court, ample parking, a new driveway, and lush green fields, all with efficiency through a prefabrication system that allowed the building shell to be erected in just 30.
